These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of new2an.com and registration for the NEW2AN conference. By using this website, submitting information, or completing a registration payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Conference website and services
NEW2AN provides conference information, calls for papers, submission guidance, programme information, registration facilities, and related communications. Dates, speakers, programme items, venues, fees, and other arrangements may be updated when necessary.
2. Registration and eligibility
Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate registration information. Author registration requirements, deadlines, and inclusions are stated on the Registration page. Registration is personal and may not be transferred without prior written approval from the organizers.
3. Payments
Online payments may be processed through PayHere or another payment service identified at checkout. NEW2AN does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or online-banking credentials. Payment processing is also subject to the payment provider's own terms and privacy practices.
4. Fees, confirmations, and receipts
Fees and currencies shown at checkout are those applicable to the selected registration category. A registration is complete only after successful payment confirmation. Participants should retain the payment confirmation and use consistent contact details during registration, payment, and paper submission.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in the Refund Policy, including verified duplicate payments or payment-processing errors. Conference cancellation or material changes initiated by the organizers will be handled as described in that policy.
6. Programme and event changes
The organizers may change speakers, programme content, schedules, delivery mode, or venue when reasonably necessary. Such changes do not automatically create a right to a refund unless the Refund Policy provides otherwise.
7. Participant conduct
Participants must behave professionally and must not misuse the website, disrupt conference activities, infringe intellectual-property rights, upload malicious content, or engage in unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or discriminatory conduct. Access or participation may be restricted for serious misconduct.
8. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website content, conference branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to NEW2AN and its organizers. They may be used for personal, non-commercial reference but may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. Authors retain rights in their papers subject to the applicable publisher and submission agreements.
9. External links
This website may link to publishers, submission systems, hotels, sponsors, payment providers, and other third parties. NEW2AN is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of external websites.
10. Liability
The website and conference information are provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by applicable law, NEW2AN and its organizers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, travel arrangements, third-party services, or changes beyond their reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
