NEW2AN 2026 Registration
Registration is required for participation in NEW2AN 2026.
Authors of accepted papers must complete the appropriate
registration before the stated deadline to ensure that
their papers are included in the conference proceedings.
Important Requirement for Accepted Papers
At least
one full registration per accepted paper
must be completed by
31 October 2026 for the
paper to be included in the conference proceedings, even when
the presenting author is a student.
One full registration may cover up to
two accepted papers, provided that both papers
are presented by the same registered author
(except for Sri Lankan Affiliated authors),
as a discounted fee is already available for them.

Note: Gala Dinner tickets are issued separately and are not included in the main conference registration fee.
Sri Lanka–based authors registering after 31 October 2026 will also be charged 25% of the late-registration surcharge.
Each registration for Sri Lankan authors covers one (01) paper. Authors in this category must purchase a separate ticket for the Gala Dinner on the evening of 15 December.
In both categories, if two authors of the same paper wish to attend, the second author must register separately as a Non-Author category.
Online presentations: We encourage all authors to present their papers in person at NEW2AN. However, online presentations may be permitted for international authors on a case-by-case basis. Prior approval must be obtained by 15 November 2026 by emailing new2an@crisglobal.org.
Registration transfers: If the registered author is unable to present, their registration may be transferred to another author by emailing new2an@crisglobal.org by 15 November 2026. Transfers requested after this date will incur a €50 penalty, applicable to all author categories.

Authors should keep the registration and payment confirmation for conference records.

Registration Policies
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Author registration must be completed before submission of the final camera-ready manuscript.
- Accepted papers without the required author registration may be excluded from the proceedings.
- Participants should use the same name and contact details consistently during registration, payment, and paper submission.
