Submit your paper here
All papers must be submitted through the official NEW2AN 2026 submission system:
Submit your paper via Microsoft CMT
Papers submitted to NEW2AN 2026 will be reviewed on the basis that they present original, unpublished work and do not contain plagiarized material. Papers must not be under review or submitted to another conference, journal, or publication venue at the same time.
Submissions that violate these requirements may be rejected without review, and accepted papers may be withdrawn from the proceedings if a violation is identified at a later stage.
Authors of accepted papers are required to register for the conference and present their paper at NEW2AN 2026. At least one full author registration is required for each accepted paper to be included in the conference proceedings. Each full registration may cover up to two accepted papers presented by the same registered author.
Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid before submission of the final camera-ready manuscript.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), subject to final approval and compliance with Springer publication requirements.
Camera-ready manuscripts must be prepared according to the official Springer LNCS formatting guidelines:
Springer LNCS Conference Proceedings Guidelines
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with all formatting, originality, and publication requirements.
Author and Submission Guidelines
During the initial submission process, the author list and paper title in the submitted PDF must exactly match the information entered in the Microsoft CMT submission system. All co-authors must be included in the submission record.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the paper being withdrawn from the review process. The author list of an accepted paper cannot be changed except in exceptional cases approved by the Program Chairs.
Only PDF files will be accepted for review.
